Opportunity Resource Services is a nonprofit community based organization located in the Dallas/Fort Worth metroplex that is committed to community engagement. We secure long-term investments for local communities, which provide resources and create opportunities for constituents to achieve educational, financial, and personal success.Major accomplishments include:
-Secured a grant from the U.S. Department of Education for an Upward Bound Program
-Created bylaws for ORS & submitted application for 501(c)(3) status
-Established key partnerships with target schools in Johnson County & Hill College
-Successfully completed our first full year of UB & UBMS programming, serving 140 students & their families
