We are a boutique PR agency based in NY with an office in Atlanta and currently seeking part-time Public Relations interns to begin immediately. This internship is VIRTUAL and UNPAID; however school credit and references are available. You must have access to a computer and internet, and be comfortable with working independently.

• Daily outreach to achieve our press goals
• Manage messaging across all social channels: Facebook, Twitter, Google+, Pinterest, Instagram, YouTube, Foursquare, and Wordpress blog
• Research trends and relative topics and breaking news
• Conduct regular monitoring across social channels to identify trends, to gain an understanding of and communicate what competitors
• Assist with monthly reporting to clients
• Participate in strategic planning and development of PR campaigns

Qualifications:

• Must be a college student
• Public Relations, Communications, Marketing or English major preferred
• Experience or interest in social media preferred
• Must have good communication and writing skills
• Must have proper grammar
• Strong organizational skills
• You work well independently, are self-motivated
• Ability to create social media sites (back-end)
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Available for a minimum of 20 hours of work per week
