This is for a part-time position and DAY TIME hours are a must (i.e 9am-5pm)
Days needed are Monday,Wednesday, Friday. Some weekends for Data entry may be required.
I am a consultant who has a small unique bookkeeping management business
I am looking for someone to initially start part-time. Between $10-$14/per hour Between 8 to 32 hours a week.
Work will be done at the office and at clients site. Working remotely may be required.Availability for communication is 24/7
Remote set-up is required for off-site time
A contract with my company, confidentiality and a non-compete agreement are required. Along with a copy of a valid drivers license. Background check is optional at this time but may be required at any time.
This position is for a hands on individual, a team player who knows how to take the initiative and follow directions in response to my management style.
Individuals must be trustworthy, professional and reliable.
I value productivity, input and ideas.
Qualifications:

-Read, write, excel, office word, email
-An active user of Quickbooks or any similar accounting software(s)WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:
-data entry
-adding & subtracting
-excel spreadsheets, power point presentations
-running errands
-responding to emails
-responding to clients via email, phone and text
-assisting with office administration
-labeling & filing (organizing files)
-assisting in administrating payroll ( I need a dedicated person to administer payroll for my clients)
-keeping track of cloud filesWHAT YOU WILL NEED:
