Eaton & Associates is seeking an?on-site Warehouse/Operations Intern to join our team for the summer! Just getting started in your career? We believe in hiring good people and supporting job growth. This position is ideal for someone new to the workforce and looking to pursue a degree in Logistics or Supply Chain Management, or alternatively Computer Science, Information Technology, or Management Information Systems.
You will be part of our warehouse team that is responsible for receiving, shipping, and distribution. To be successful in this role, you should be open to wearing many hats by functioning in more than one role as business needs require. This position will gain an understanding of how the logistics of a warehouse and an information technology company operate.

Responsibilities:
Be a strong and reliable contributor to the team.
Be intensely curious as to how and why things work.
Take complete ownership of your work — follow up when you say you will — do the work the right way.
Assist our warehouse associate and Vice President of Operations with business and warehouse logistics.
Operate receiving, including but not limited to reviewing deliveries and checking for accuracy.
Update inventory databases and generate reports.
Imaging and shipping laptops.
Maintain a clean and safe working environment.
Additional projects, tasks, and responsibilities as required.Qualifications:
A high degree of professionalism.
Strong attention to detail.
Clean driving record.
Ability to lift, carry, push, and/or pull up to 50 pounds, or additional weight when lifting with a team.
Ability to sit, stand, bend, kneel, reach, and climb to perform work.
Ability to work efficiently in a collaborative team environment.
Good time-management skills with a problem-solving attitude.
