You will be responsible for assisting with the efficient running of the Front Desk in line with Hyatt Internationals Corporate Strategies and brand standards, whilst meeting associate, guest and owner expectations.
Regular Tasks Undertaken by an intern:
1. Welcome the guest
2. Make preparation for operation
3. Serve the guest following the service standard
4. Be responsible for some projects assigned by the hotel management teamWork hours: According to departmental duty roster.
