Interns at new Interactive Media company

LA-based transmedia company founded by television/publishing industry vets that is looking to bring on creative, innovative, organized social media interns to work on a new, top-secret project. This is a great opportunity to be a part of a brand new paradigm in entertainment, get valuable mentorship from experienced entertainment professionals, while gaining insight and training in the worlds of digital publishing, content creation, PR, online marketing, and strategy.

Internships available include:

- SOCIAL MEDIA - Help our staff engage our audience and share viral-ready content to promote our project on all the social media networks -- Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, Tumblr, GoodReads, Vine, etc.

- PR - Help our PR team engage our targeted audience (Millennials 18-34) and promote our content leading up to our September launch.

- MARKETING AND E-COMMERCE - Help our merchandise team strategize and market our e-commerce and merchandise rollout.

- GRAPHIC DESIGN - Help our design team craft eye-catching shareable materials for our social media and PR teams to spread like wildfire. (Must use Photoshop and/or Illustrator. InDesign a plus.)

- WRITING AND RESEARCH - Help our bloggers locate content, find story ideas, and source photos.

Requirements:

- A sense of humor, a desire to learn, and an ability to communicate effectively.
- A strong interest in the field of the internship youre applying to, as well as a sincere interest in new media, entertainment, and innovation.
- Must have your own computer.

Were flexible about scheduling, but ideally were looking for someone who can be available 2-3 days per week beginning in April (or more if possible over the summer). Our office is open 10 - 6, Monday - Friday in Hollywood.

A modest monthly stipend will be paid and we will work with your college/university to ensure you get credit for this internship. We will also offer weekly mentor meetings to make sure this experience is as educational as it is productive. Excellent snack opportunities abound as well!
