Description:

We are searching for interns who will take place in Alumni and Career Research Center; the candidates are to work in process of increasing relations between companies and our department.
Knowledge, skills and competences to be acquired:
- improving competence in English and Turkish language by communicating with local and foreign students / staff/ institutions
- getting familiar with students affairs, dealing with individual and group problems, conflicts and misunderstandings
- getting skills in use of office software, equipment and procedures
- language teaching skills
- being able to get a big network that is full of companies in Turkey and international organizations from all over the world.
Detailed programme of the training period:
-taking part in seminars, trainings and workshops as a member of organizing committee or trainer and mentor.
-collaboration with companies to find sponsors for our facilities and fairs
-organizing and informing all students about incoming events (trips, meetings, festivals)
-organizing charity events,
-teaching English or any other language in platforms that are required from our department.
-Making collaboration work with companies on behalf of our department.
-organizing international conferences about human and women’s rights
-Tasks of the trainee:
-work at our office to increase knowledge in international management, international relations and education sectors.

Qualifications:

The candidates should be qualified by
? Fluent spoken and written English, Turkish is not must but an advantage,
? Web Design knowledge is not must but an advantage,
? MS Office Programs should be well known,
? Experience in multicultural working environments.
Other requirements are:
? Strict social skills,
? Outstanding reporting skills,
? Being cooperative and tendency to team work,
? Operative skills,
? Good negotiation skills,
? Able to work in team etc.
