Description:

- Assist in the management of the seven restaurants, human resources of the locations and general back-office duties.

- Assist in processing our weekly payroll of 250 employees.

- Helping with the design of all promotional material and printed material.

- Helping with re-organizing the structure of the human resource department.

- Auditing each employee file making sure they are complete and accurately filled out.

- Assisting for all employee and management evaluations seeing how it is done in our restaurant.

- Data entry and data analysis as well as building the mailing list.

- Ideas for social media: Facebook and twitter.

- Daily shadowing of the operations manager or the general managers.

- Weekly management of the inventories and transfers of all locations.

- Building reports of the monthly inventory for each place to be able to find out the liquor cost, food cost and beer cost.

- You will be instrumental in helping with our financial audit of each location making sure that there is minimal to no theft in every location, at all levels.

Qualifications:

We are looking for a hard working student able to learn fast and retain information quickly. You should have a strong attention to detail, yet a capacity to see the big picture. You should feel at ease with numbers and MS Excel and you should have a good working knowledge of MS office applications.
Restaurant Management or Hospitality student is a plus but not required.
This internship can also be transferable into college credits.
