Description:
This internship position requires collaboration with the project managers, web developers, and any other relevant production team members to complete projects.A candidate for this position will be responsible for assisting with a variety of project tasks, including implementation of new content and pages to client sites, execution of site redirect initiatives, optimization of site speed performance, conducting website user analyses, and more. This position may also be required to attend client presentations or meetings when necessary and must be prepared accordingly. A candidate for this position must possess a strict attention to detail that should be applied to every task, as accuracy and dedication is imperative to the success of this role.
We are a highly collaborative work environment and our various teams work closely with one another to meet the unique needs of each of our clients. As such, interns must be able to work well independently and as part of a team.
Qualifications:
• Intermediate website development skills
• Experience with the WordPress platform (Joomla and Hubspot experience a plus)
• Interest in and ability to learn new website development platforms quickly
• Eye for design and layout
• Understanding of website redirects and how to implement them
• Ability to manage and prioritize tasks in a timely, efficient manner and consistently meet deadlines
• Highly detail-oriented, with the ability to implement quality and accuracy into each aspect of a project
• Proficient in following processes or directions
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal, listening and written communication skills, often in regard to technical issues
• Ability to work independently and demonstrate progress
• Capacity to clearly identify and solve problems, either by incorporating the assistance of appropriate personnel or by utilizing knowledge gleaned from research
