Key Responsibilities:
Strategic HR Planning:
Developing and implementing HR strategies to support the organizations business objectives.

Consultation and Advice:
Providing expert guidance to managers and employees on a wide range of HR issues, including employment contracts, policies, and procedures.

Talent Management:
Assisting with recruitment, selection, training, and development initiatives to attract and retain top talent.

Employee Relations:
