Online Marketing Specialist (Internship)

LNE/G-MED North America, Inc. is looking for a highly-driven and self-motivated part-time intern to work in the Marketing department.The role of the Online Marketing intern is to engage with the Marketing and Business development group to learn and develop skills in marketing, social media and communications and generate prospective leads.
The intern will focus on web production and other online marketing initiatives. Applicants should be familiar with web marketing strategies and analysis of performance and rankings. This person will report directly to the Business Development Manager
Responsibilities may include:
Implementation of targeted online marketing campaigns to intensify the company visibility and maximize the ROI
Development of well-structured web assets and update/promotion of website content
Perform lead web and digital marketing analytics
Prepare marketing reports to identify trends
Managing social media channels
Qualifications:
Ideal candidates are students in marketing, communication, web-design/development or have an Associate or Bachelor degree (or equivalent experience)Web and social media savvy with an awareness of the latest digitals tools and content management
Candidates should have background in reporting, writing and editing as well as an understanding of uses of social media channels and their specific audiences
Experience with search engine optimization techniques (SEO)
Proven experience in web programming languages such as HTML,CSS, JavaScript
Strong skills in graphics creation with Photoshop, IllustratorAdobe Creative Suite, Dreamweaver and MS office ( Excel and Word)
Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills
Hours:
20 hours a week
