FROSCH is seeking a Hospitality & Tourism Intern to receive hands-on experience with decades worth of industry knowledge from a multi-billion dollar, international Travel Management Company.

The Hospitality & Tourism Intern will learn and experience first-hand:
- The essentials of providing exemplary customer service
- How to utilize the cutting-edge tools and technology of the Travel and Tourism industry
- An insiders look into marketing travel destinations
- The inner-workings of an internationally acclaimed Travel Management Company
- Exclusive insight from travel vendors representing hotels, airlines, and cruises
- How to hone multitasking abilities within a fast-paced, deadline driven environment
- Invaluable perspective from experienced travel consultants.

Qualifications:

Below are some of the qualifications of an ideal candidate:
- Able to work at least 3 days per week for approximately 3 months during the 2015 Spring Semester
- A friendly, outgoing team player
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Proficient with Microsoft Office
- Developed time management skills
- Strong focus on customer service
- Recent work experience in the Travel and Tourism industry or Hospitality industry is a plus
- An academic focus in Travel and Tourism, Hospitality, or Event Planning majors is a plus

Commensurate with experience

Minimum of 15 hours per week
