SLACK News is seeking an intern for up to 10 hours per week to assist in administrative and news-gathering functions for its website, Healio.com, and its print news publications. The appropriate candidate will be interested in general office assistance, and must have basic writing skills. There will be opportunities for basic writing, proofreading and/or editing.

Qualifications:

A candidate must be a student in English, Journalism or Communications, with excellent communication skills. The team player must be able to multitask and must be detail oriented. Some editorial experience is preferred. InDesign skills would be preferred, but not necessary.

Paid Internship Info:

$8.44 per hour
