Arup is currently seeking a full time Human Resources Intern to assist our busy HR department in the New York office.

As a Human Resources Intern, you will provide administrative support to the HR team and apply the following:

• Input and maintain employee data into the HRIS accurately and in a timely manner
• Create and maintain personnel records
• Assist in onboarding new staff
• Regularly file employee documents
• Assist with college recruiting efforts
• Scheduling and reviewing resumes for college and experienced recruitment
• Assist with various HR projects

Qualifications:

Requirements:
• Pursuing or recently completed a bachelor’s degree in HR, business or related field
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Experience working with a HRIS system is a plus
• Strong attention to detail and highly organized
• Proactive, outgoing and eager to learn
• Excellent written and spoken communication skills
• Excellent judgment and critical thinking skills
• Must be able to maintain strict confidentiality
• Previous HR internship experience a plus
