The company is looking for motivated, forward thinking, creative but critical minded individuals. Ideal candidates will avidly follow multiple sports. The company works as a team and although directly working with administration and human resources on a daily basis the candidate would be cohesively working with the entire company simultaneously.Responsibilities
Assist head of HR with the hiring process beginning at creating job descriptions, going through resumes, assessing candidates, going through the interview process to make sure the right kind of people are hired for the company when applicable
Assist the EVP with administrative tasks
Writing up offer letters for new employees
Aide in performance evaluations
Organize business seminars, team meetings and gatherings, plan company-wide lunches
Research the best ways and processes of finding the correct candidate for the position
Work with all members of the company to make sure they have an adequate number of team members with the right skills to do the best at their job
Assisting with the necessary paperwork for each employee
Maintaining employee files
Correcting any missing or incorrect paperwork for the companys employees
Training new employees and aiding to make their first couple of weeks at work run as smoothly as possible
Qualifications:
Requirements
Open to undergraduate and graduate students
Ideally, but not mandatory, studied/studying business administration, sports administration, sports management, communications
Knowledge of basic Microsoft Office including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Publisher
Able to use both Mac and PC programs and operating systems
Interested in the intersection of art, design, and sports
Able to work in a fast past environment and can pick up skills quicklyBenefits
