Imprint Projects develops innovative brand platforms for marketing and communications. We work as artists, designers and curators in partnership with non-profits, businesses and communities.

We are seeking part-time Production Interns and Marketing Interns to support the Imprint Projects team in our New York office. This position offers hands-on experience with a fast-growing New York based creative marketing agency. Even though this position is unpaid it does have opportunity for growth within the company.

Both internship roles will include assisting the managing partners, creative director and producers with daily tasks, planning of events, updating budgets and estimates, as well as day-to-day business operations such as answering the phones, interactions with clients and vendors, administrative support, errands and adventures.

Responsibilities

- Assist Lead Designer, Project Manager and Lead Producer with research, project planning, proposal and production of events, digital activations and video production
- Prepare proposal documents for event concepts and media content
- File management
- Research and vendor support: obtain quotes and sample from printers, rental houses and fabricators
- Maintain digital and physical archive including updating company website and other online platforms
- Work with other interns and freelancers to develop in-house projects and events

Qualifications:

Skills

- Very comfortable with computers and technology (Excel & Adobe CS a big plus)
- Excellent written, oral and presentation skills
- Self-starter, organized, flexible and willing to learn
- Strong interpersonal, planning and analytical skills
