Description:

SewHo Fashion Studio seeks energetic interns to join our team for weekly summer sewing camp. Applicants must be enthusiastic, love kids, have good communication skills, be engaging, and desire to be a part of a non-traditional work environment. Sewing experience is a plus!

These are PAID internships, great for fashion students, sewists, retirees or anyone looking to gain some work experience in communications, marketing, business, or other related fields.

Qualifications:

TEACHING INTERN must:

Assist teaching classes
Help to prepare classroom materials
Keeping the studio organize at all times
Help promote classes
Be proficient on computers
SOCIAL MEDIA INTERN must be:

A good writer or blogger
A facebook pro
Seriously good tweeter
Super smart and innovative
Great networker
Loves to help people
Duties include updating websites, creating and managing content across all social media platforms.
The schedule include weekdays. Training is provided. Internship begins July 28 - August 22
Must be available for telephone interview this week and available to start training July 23
