Are you a business student with an interest in strategic planning and management? Are you incredibly professional, creative and resourceful? If so, we want to hear from you. The Global Grid is seeking qualified applicants for Business Development Internships.

As a Business Development Intern, you will have the opportunity to learn about strategic partnerships, marketing through conferences and speaking engagements, and environmental design. You will gain valuable experience and skills, and we make all of our internships available for academic credit. Plus, we offer free resume reviews and career coaching to support you as you transition from our internship into the next phase of your career.

Although this is a virtual internship and you don’t have to commute to our office, we still expect professionalism and commitment from you. We are looking for the best of best. If you are creative, energetic, and eager to learn; and can commit to at least a six month internship; we want to hear from you!

What to expect during your internship with The Global Grid?

You can expect to gain experience in a variety of areas, and this is a great way to expand your business strategy capabilities.

Increased knowledge and exposure to business planning activities;

Expanded networking reach within the environmental design business community;

Researching businesses, organizations, and universities for strategic partnership opportunities;

Researching opportunities for speaking engagements;

Researching opportunities for conference attendance;

Brainstorming and collaborating on a variety of business development initiatives;

Scheduling and tracking speaking engagements and conferences.

Qualifications:

What were looking for:

6 month or 1 year commitment, contractually;

Superb Internet research skills;

Independent self-starter;

Superior time management skills;

Ability to work remotely;

Interest in environmental design is a plus.
