Qualifications:

*Some web development experience, such as: Ruby on Rails, HTML/CSS, PHP & JS.
*Existing experience with the Ruby on Rails framework would be a major plus.
*Self-starter nature - we encourage our interns and staff to take charge of their own learning.
*Problem-solving skills and creativity - coming up with solutions when faced with tricky problems.
*Good character - ability to adapt and collaborate with any part of the team.
