Tasks Include:
-Manage all social media related tasks including researching social media trends, developing content to disseminate through social media channels, and suggesting steps to implement new ideas across web channels
-Manage blog writing and posts to all websites and social media
- Collaborate with Marketing Director and Graphic Designer to design and produce print material used for marketing and promotion.
- Assist in performing all marketing tasks associated with home listings
- Directly assist the Design Director with creating new marketing/building schemes for new homes
- Perform office management tasks in effort to help maintain the company database.

Qualifications:

-Strong verbal and written communication skills.
-Solid organizational and project management abilities.
-Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Publisher
-Experience with Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and/or InDesign a plus.
-Experience with social media platforms and developing content.
-Experience with Google Analytics and marketing automation platforms a plus.
-Ability to analyze and interpret data
-Preferred intended majors: marketing, advertising, real estate, business, and/or management
-Must be either a recent college graduate or a rising sophomore, junior, or senior.
