Description:
The Marketing Intern is responsible for planning, designing, and distributing marketing materials including electronic newsletters, social media posts, flyers, t-shirts, and website content. Materials may also include banners, billboards, signs, and videos. Marketing Intern is also responsible for supervising weekend events, giving presentations to small groups and occasional tabling events. May also assist with program activities as needed.
Qualifications:
To be considered, applicants must qualify for the Federal Work Study program. Applicants have to work 15-20 hours per week in our West Columbia, SC office. A portfolio of created marketing materials is required.

We are a small, local, nonprofit focused on litter prevention, recycling, and beautification. We recruit and coordinate approximately 6,000 volunteers each year and provide them with clean supplies to remove about 200,000 pounds of litter from roadways and waterways in Lexington and Richland counties annually.
