Micky London is a fashion accessory showroom based in New York. (mickylondon.com)??We are looking for independent individuals with a strong drive to succeed. This is not an internship for anyone afraid of hard work. We offer our interns a chance to really get their feet wet in the fashion industry. The ideal candidate will have experience shipping packages, be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (namely Excel and PowerPoint).Were looking for candidates who have common sense, are resourceful, and eager to learn.

This is an unpaid internship that can lead to a paid position for the right candidate. School credit will be given.

Responsibilities include:

-Researching Bloggers, publications, magazines
- Produce content for other Social Media channels (i.e. Polyvore, Pinterest, Facebook and Twitter), as needed.
- Research Social Media best practices and campaign ideas from other organizations, and share them with the team.
-Write relevant content on our Blog.
-Practice your PR skills by contacting magazine editors

Qualifications:

Interns should be:
• A writer, who is skilled at communicating thoughts in a friendly, punchy manner.
• A social media addict, who understands the ins and outs of popular social networks, and is comfortable diving head first into posting, tweeting, pinning.
•Motivated and eager to learn

10/1/13, 3-4months

Additional Info:

Minimum 2-3 Days a week.
Minimum 4-8 Hours a Day.
Must have laptop and cell phone.
Must have Microsoft Suite.
