The Pakaloh Internship is an exciting opportunity to develop and apply social media, marketing and fundamental business skills at an online, networking start-up. We want to provide you with a meaningful learning experience, and are ready to help train and mentor you. Whatever your future professional goals may be, we want to support you through the course of this internship and beyond graduation. This is a part-time, unpaid position, with the possibility of future employment. You will have the freedom to work remotely and around your schedule.

The Pakaloh Intern will assist with the following projects:

Brainstorming online marketing opportunities
Creating new social media content
Monitoring membership profiles on the website
Updating various network databases
Researching financial and business developments in the cannabis industry

Qualifications:

Qualifications and Skills:

Open to learning about social media, marketing and tech start-ups
Great organization skills to track pitches, update spreadsheets and maintain calendars (a must)
Must be self-motivated, driven and able to work independently as well as part of a team
Experience and/or interest in social platform analytics
Knowledge of the digital marketing industry
Fluency in Microsoft Office and Google Platforms: Slides, Sheets, Docs
Website and graphic design skills are a plus
Schedule: 10-20 hours a week, depending on intern’s availability
