NACWAA is currently seeking two Membership Services Interns to join its energetic and collaborative team. These are full-time, 12-month, paid positions, beginning in December 2015 and ending in December 2016, and are located in our Kansas City office in the lively Crossroads District.

Internship duties will include, but are not limited to:

-Management of membership services, including membership retention and renewal, the NACWAA Advancement Initiative and member engagement opportunities and benefits
-Website and association management system support
-Day-to-day administrative tasks including answering phones and general office support
-Assistance with all programming and events including the NACWAA National --Convention, institutes and regional programming
-Social media support

Qualifications:

Preferred Qualifications:
-Bachelor’s degree (required)
-Expertise in Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, Publisher and PowerPoint
-Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
-Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team
-Outstanding oral and written communication skills
-Ability to balance multiple priorities
-Excellent organizational skills with proven attention to detail
