GroExpo is looking for a Recruitment Consultant to join its dynamic and growing team to further accelerate the growth of its business and brand.We are looking for a resourceful, responsible and results-oriented intern to join GroExpo for a few months. You will have an interest in Technology, Business Ventures, Investments and the Events industry.You Will
Be managing recruitment, training,team performance, compensation and benefits
Be engaged in general admin activities
Be predominantly working remotely
Attend a physical team meeting once or twice a month.
You MustHave Knowledge of UK employment laws
Excellent stakeholder management skills
Strong influencing and negotiation skills.
DurationThis shall be a 3 months internship with a view to bring you on board as a paid full timer if you are able to deliver results and prove you are a value add to our organisation. In the meantime there is scope to gain some valuable experience in the field.
