The components of our project consist on a Web Radio, a Website and a Multicultural Community, which are created to help people to feel included, informed and welcome through our website, radio shows and events. Our aim is to help people around the world unite through music with no barriers of borders, race, religion or politics.We are currently looking for an energetic and enthusiastic Business Development Manager to assist in the growth of our partnerships base in Ireland. As a Business Development Manager you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities and developing relationships. The role is client facing and it is expected that this person can represent the company at all levels.
Responsibilities:Strategic planning, identifying and developing new business relationships;
Contacting potential clients/partners to establish rapport and arrange meetings;
Build long-term relationships with new partners;
Planning and preparing presentations ;
Define customer needs and develop growth strategies focused on customer satisfaction;
Make crucial business decisions;
Develop, grow and improve the company brand/image.
Qualifications:
Requirements:Experience desired but not essential.
The successful candidate should be motivated with a can-do attitude, have strong communication, organisational and negotiation skills, have good level of English (Independent User B2), have the ability to build rapport, be self-motivated and be comfortable working on your own initiative, have the ability to work as part of a team.
