Position: COO / Sales Manager (aka The Mastermind Ninja)
What Youll Be Doing:
• Partnering with the Founder: Youll be the Robin to our Batman, the Yang to our Yin, the peanut butter to our jelly! Together with the founder, youll develop and own a full-fledged product strategy and game plan (product roadmap) that will have competitors quivering in their boots.
• Sales Strategy Extraordinaire: Youll be a modern-day Sherlock Holmes, studying our target audience, deciphering their needs and wants, and conjuring up the most compelling sales strategies imaginable. Your creativity will make Picasso jealous!
• Operational Guru: From sourcing suppliers to developing the smoothest timeline for our supply chain, youll handle all aspects of setting up operations like a symphony conductor. Who needs a magic wand when you have a COO like you?
• Communication Wizard: Youll be the Captain of the USS Collaboration, steering communication with manufacturers, ensuring a harmonious team dynamic, and empowering everyone to achieve their best.
• Sales Growth Sorcerer: Youll tap into your mystical powers to help increase sales and boost revenue like never before! Your secret sauce will be the envy of the sales world.
• Chief Strategist: Youll be the grandmaster of strategizing, making Sun Tzu nod in approval. Analyzing market trends, forecasting opportunities, and making game-changing moves will be your daily routine.
