This is an internship with the possibility of becoming a permanent salaried position based on performance and productivity as an intern.

Qualifications:

Internship Duties are as followed:

- Recruiting of Licensed Real Estate Agents and Sales Reps.
- Create and places ads for job openings, sets appointments for interviews and performs some initial interviewing of applicants.
- Post ads on social media, indeed.com, craigslist and any other forum.
- Constantly thinks of ways to recruit new agents.

Once Hired permanently, below are some of the additional duties that will be required:

- Creates and implements programs for new hires, such as orientation and workshops on company policies.
