Opportunity to establish the role of Coordinating Manager In a Photography Production Management Team. The ideal candidate will be able to meet monthly goals by utilizing leadership behaviors and techniques to encourage growth, empowerment, creativity, and productivity
You will be able to share the success/opportunities of this role with our sister production office while working within a team of four to reach commission based monthly goals. The Coordinating Manager will be the main point of contact to the LLC Member
Qualifications:
Strong affinity for collaboration; a successful track record of being effective as both a team leader and a team player
Interest in current trends and pop culture
Insures meetings with clients are being set and met
Insures team members are on time to appointments
Measures and insures timely reaching and exceeding of revenue goals
Creates, measures and Insures completion of teams tasks
Assist Social Media Manager in customer service issues and inquiries
