The Philly Friendship Circles main focus is to help families who have children with special needs by involving them in a full range of social and Jewish experiences. The Circles unique formula introduces teenage volunteers to the children and their families, and serves as an effective catalyst to foster leadership/volunteerism among teens.

Qualifications
- Strong organizational and communications skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team environment.
- Self-motivated
- Should be comfortable with Photoshop, Microsoft Office, and social media
- Sensitivity to the special needs population and to all youth in general as well as a strong work ethic are a must.
