-Answering phones, placing calls for staff members, taking messages
-Mailings (Fed-Ex, UPS, USPS)
-Writing/typing cover letters and emails to clients
-Updating company websites, client and social networks for clients through
CMS panels and network accounts
-Filing
-Scheduling
-Organizing cabinets and cleaning (sweeping, mopping, dishes, windows,
dusting, vacuuming, taking out trash)
Qualifications:
-A cheerful demeanor

-Comfortable in an ambiguous, fast-changing environment
-A willingness to ask questions and learn
-An interest in music and marketing
-Web savvy, an understanding of how website CMS systems work
