We are looking for a graphic design student to intern in our art department. This is a virtual position and would require strong attention to detail and deadlines in a telecommuting environment.Interns will work on 1 cover a month as well as various supporting images for website or social media. Interns will get full credit for their creations and this will be a great way to build your portfolio, or if we find you to be very strong, join our team as a staff designer.
Interns will also have the ability to design and sell covers for our pre-made cover shop, in which they will be paid for the covers they sell.
Internships run quarterly - Jan/Feb/March, April/May/June, July/Aug/Sept, Oct/Nov/Dec with the option to extend for one quarter if the intern is not offered a position within the company.

Qualifications:
Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite - Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign.Must submit a portfolio or link to online portfolio and why you are interested in designing book covers.
Preferably Sophmore or higher but will look at fresh students with a strong history and knowledge of design and design tools.
