Direct Assistant to CFO. Must be competent, punctual, hard working, and patient. Daily tasks may include but are not limited to:Presentations
Contacting clients, partners, prospects, etc.
Organization and understanding of multiple companies information
Generating business relationships
Daily office work
Off site meetings
Bookkeeping
Setting appointments
Qualifications:
Must be experienced with sales, contacting people, general business practices, finances, banking, and investment. Strong organizational skills, networking, and people skills are a must. Comprehensive knowledge of Microsoft Office, Google Drive, and daily office tasks is also necessary. Understanding of Adobe suite, social media platforms, and the local area is a plus.
