With an internship in Facility and Hotel management learn how to be responsible for the day to day management of the hotel, planning, organizing and directing all of its services. Furthermore our interns in facility management will be a general contact person taking care of the needs and welfare of other interns and provides the best possible solution to their enquiries and arrangements.
In addition, our hospitality team will support the reservation team by processing reservations and enquiries through the internet and telephone. You will gain practical skills of general housekeeping, with a focus on room preparation and hygiene, and also be responsible for the planning and preparation of food for your team colleagues.
Specializing more towards the marketing and facility side of hotel management our internship program provides students and graduates with the opportunity to understand the technical side behind the promotion of hotels and its subsequent management of its facilities.
Gain valuable skills in successfully marketing hotels developing a varied knowledge of how to promote and administer the facilities of our hotel.

Daily tasks:
- help with the internal coordination of the hotel
- be a part of the important link between different departments in the hotel

Qualifications:

For this versatile internship we need an enthusiastic student who is confident and independent. Organizational and planning skills are a must. Further you need to have communication skills and you have to be willing to work in a team.
