Description:
• Verification of income and analysis concerning rent adjustment recommendations relating to isolated tenant rent issues
• Developing a tracking system to monitor rent receivables and identify rental delinquencies
• Ensure regulatory compliance including Initial Tenant qualification, and Lease Renewal as per Section-8 guidelines
• Track and process Rent Receivable, Prepare monthly rent statements, Perform necessary adjustments & Produce monthly Rent Rolls
• Identify financially distressed Co-ops and evaluate re-organization procedures for assistance options such as loan packaging and apartment sales
• Spearheading the Development and Training curriculum and services under both TIL and Cooperative Support Program classes provided by HPD’s Housing Education Services Department.
Qualifications:
