We are looking for interns to join our marketing team.

Interns will be assigned an author to work directly with in executing marketing plan. The Interns in the Marketing Assistant Role will be pushed creatively to help drive new ideas in cross marketing and promotion into what some consider to be a struggling industry.

Marketing Assistants will be given the copy of their assigned book and work with our Editor in Chief to develop strategies for implementing social media campaigns, in person campaigns, and cross promotion with other industries.

Marketing Assistants will work closely with their assigned author(s) and will need to be responsive, personable, and tenacious, as well as able to manage time independently through a telecommuting environment.

Excellent interns will be offered the opportunity to join the team at the conclusion of their internship or extend their internship by another quarter.

Qualifications:

Sophmore or higher in Undergrad.

Focus on PR, Communications, Media, Marketing, or Advertising.
Passion for innovation and pushing creative limits through developmental strategies.

Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite a plus but not neccessary.

Must have strong social media presence, strong communication skills, and reliable in a virtual environment

Hours:

15 hours a week
