Overview
The American Federation of State, County, and Municipal Employees (AFSCME) - Local 1550 is looking to onboard 3-4 dedicated college interns, preferably junior, senior, or graduate level students who are interested in supporting the mission of fighting for justice for employees in several large municipal organizations. This internship opportunity isnt for the faint at heart or those who are not willing to learn how to mobilize and organize efforts to get the word up and out. You will work with elected officials, government executives, and leaders who work to keep our communities safe, health secured, and quality of life vibrant.Process
