Training Customer Service Internship

assist management and interact with customers and account representatives to provide and process information in response to inquiries, concerns and requests about products and services.
Qualifications:
responsibilities include:
• process all orders-retail, wholesale, whole foods (EDI), demo, carstock, marketing, phone, international – follow process on tracking sheet
• retail – download, confirm shipping by updating shopping cart
• process returns / issue credits
• e-mail – organize, reply & manage customer order, returns, inquiries & issues
• answer phones
• track order issues (shipping & csr) on s drive, email HWS once a week
• suki ambassador-respond to all inquiries, track on s drive, follow up (mark on calendar)
• website updates
• filing
• brand ambassador program –calls, training, monthly meeting topics & scheduling
Hours:
10-12 hours per week
