Your role:
- Create content for customer communications, including emails
- Create content for release notes, support documentation, and video scripts
- Create content for websites and campaigns
- Collaborate with information architects, usability engineers, and designers to identify content needs
- Work with stakeholders to review content, and incorporate appropriate feedback to meet both user and business requirements
- Contribute to search engine optimization strategy and tactics

- Understanding of web publishing requirements
- Highly independent, self-starter, team player.
- Service-focused mindset.
- Intimate understanding of the digital and content marketing landscape.
- Excellent communication, writing and proofreading skills.
- Demonstrated success in cross-functional collaboration, critical thinking, problem solving, managing work and professional relationships, interpersonal communication.
- Learn quickly and enjoy a fast-paced team environment.
- Ability to juggle multiple projects simultaneously and handle changing priorities.
- 2 to 3 years of relevant experience minimum.
